Pastor Sami was called to St. Paul's in February of 2018. She was born in Wisconsin but raised in Northeast Iowa. Her dad was the town veterinarian and her mom was the high school principal's secretary. She graduated from Boone High School and then went on to Luther College. She then received her Master of Divinity from the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago. Pastor Sami has one sister and two nieces. She also has tow cats; Bailey and Chloe. In her free time she likes to run, hike, knit, draw, paint, read and hang out with family and friends. Prior to working at St Paul's she spent ten years as the Children, Youth & Young Adult Director at churches in Nebraska and Missouri. She also worked for four years in residential facilities working with people with physical and intellectual disabilities. An interesting fact about Pastor Sami is that she does not like pizza. Her favorite thing about St. Paul's is the people and their courage to follow the Holy Spirit!

Nick is originally from Oil City, PA but was confirmed here at St. Paul's in 2003 and has been working here since 2015. He enjoys playing hockey and golf, reading history, and boating and fishing on Lake Erie. He graduated in 2011 from Penn State Behrend. Some of his first jobs included strawberry picking, caddying at a local golf course and working for a local produce farm. Nick met his wife Marit at the 2013 ELCA Churchwide Assembly in Pittsburgh and they were married in 2019. His favorite things about St. Paul's are the friendships he's made and all the support he's received over the years.
Tyler is an Erie native and grew up in St. Paul's. He attended McDowell High School and was Confirmed here at St. Paul's in 2012. Tyler and his brother Jared and sister Karly are triplets. Tyler enjoys riding his bike all over town as well as playing video games, and reading all kinds of different books. Before working at St. Paul's he worked for a trucking company. A unique thing about Tyler is that he rides his bike all winter long, no matter how much snow there might be on the ground. He likes everything about St. Paul's but especially the potluck suppers.

Nancy began working at St. Paul's in June of 2019. She is born and raised in Erie and attended both Gannon and Mercyhurst Universities. Nancy's family includes four children and three grandchildren whom she loves to spend time with and who are the light of her life. She also enjoys reading, crafting and gardening. Prior to working at St. Paul's she was a teacher in Early Childhood for 25+ years and a director at three Star-4 facilities. In her free time Nancy enjoys animal documentaries and learning about real crimes involving serial offenders. Her favorite things about St. Paul's is the support and cooperative community.

Debbie has been a member of St. Paul's since 2010. She was raised in Bethlehem, PA and received a BS from Cedar Crest College. She and her husband Bill moved to Erie in 2007 to be closer to their families and they now have two children. In her free time Debbie enjoys reading, cycling, gardening and hanging out with friends and family. She is a former professional Girl Scout where she designed programs and led events at the council level for girls to participate in. She also loves to drive, especially manual transmissions, but she doesn't make a very good passenger because of motion sickness. Her favorite thing about St. Paul's is the community, which is a supportive, safe space for her family.
